Growing up I never really liked gardening. My parents were avid gardeners, having over 15 acres that they transformed over 20 years. They removed trees, planted new ones, added stone walls, installed cut flower and rock gardens, natural water elements, and much more. I did not realize that helping them on their property would allow me to devote the same passion to my own property on Cape Cod since 1982. Every tree, corner and side of house is landscaped, and it has been featured on many a garden tour.

Typically a client can expect a 2 to 1 return on there investment in increased property value. According to SmartMoney Magazine, a new landscape can add 10-20% to the value of one's home.

According to the Rocky Mountain News, "It's essential to remember that an attractive landscape is a living entity that isn't instant but evolves over time, requiring both money and labor. Landscaping increases a home's worth, so at least 10% of the home's value should be budgeted for this integral component in the overall plan of creating personal home space."
